Where our stock comes from
We buy directly from manufacturers and from their authorised distributors. We don’t buy from brokers, marketplaces or the grey market, so counterfeit or re-marked parts never enter our stock.
Traceability
Every delivery into our warehouse is recorded against its supplier and invoice, so any part we sell can be traced back to its source. Where manufacturers provide batch or date codes, we keep them with the stock record.
Handling and storage
- Static-sensitive parts are handled at earthed workstations and shipped in anti-static packaging.
- Moisture-sensitive components stay in their sealed moisture-barrier bags until they’re sold.
- Boards are stored in their manufacturer packaging and are never opened for display.
Compliance
Products sold in Great Britain carry the UKCA or CE marking required for them, and we keep the manufacturers’ declarations of conformity. Compliance details for each product (RoHS, UKCA/CE) will be shown on product pages as the data is added.
If something isn’t right
If you ever doubt the authenticity or quality of a part from us, tell us. We’ll investigate with the supplier and put it right under our returns policy.
