Delivery is free on orders of £100 or more inc VAT (after any promo code) with standard uk delivery. The checkout shows the exact price for your basket before you pay.
Dispatch times
Orders placed by 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times count from dispatch, not from when you order. If an item in your order is on back-order, we’ll tell you before we take payment.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer than the times above. If your address is in one of these areas, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm the delivery time and cost.
We don’t deliver outside the UK at the moment. If you need international delivery, contact us.
Tracking
Parcels are sent with a tracked courier service. You’ll get an email with the tracking details when your order is dispatched; the order page, reached from your confirmation email or track your order, shows the latest status.
Problems with a delivery
- Damaged on arrival: keep the packaging, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Not arrived: check the tracking first. If the parcel is late by more than two working days, let us know and we’ll chase the courier or send a replacement.
- Wrong or missing item: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
