Common questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed by 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. You’ll get an email with tracking details when your parcel leaves us. See delivery information.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 inc VAT, and free on orders over £100 inc VAT. Every method and price is on the delivery page; the checkout shows the exact price for your basket.
Can I return something?
Yes. Consumers can cancel an order up to 14 days after delivery for any reason, and unopened items are refunded in full within 14 days. Faulty items are covered by your statutory rights and the manufacturer’s warranty. See returns and refunds.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
A VAT invoice is emailed with every order confirmation and can be downloaded from the order page at any time. Trade account customers can also pay on invoice: see Hossam UK for business.
Are your products genuine?
We buy from manufacturers and authorised distributors only, so every part is genuine and traceable to its source. See quality and authenticity.
How do I get a quote for a larger quantity?
Use the quote form on the business page. You can attach a bill of materials as a CSV, Excel or PDF file; our business team replies within one working day.
I’ve lost my order confirmation. What now?
Enter your order number and email address on track your order and we’ll email the link again. If you ordered while signed in, the order is also in your account.
