RP2350 distils Raspberry Pi's values of high performance, low cost and accessibility into a microcontroller chip. It has dual Arm Cortex-M33 cores with hardware floating point and DSP instructions at 150MHz (or two RISC-V cores), 520KB of SRAM and a security architecture built around Arm TrustZone.

Four versions are available: RP2350A (QFN-60, 30 GPIO) and RP2350B (QFN-80, 48 GPIO), and RP2354A and RP2354B with 2MB of flash in the package. Each option is a pack of five chips.
