The Raspberry Pi Cooler for Compute Module 5 is a passive heatsink that helps Compute Module 5 shed heat, so the processor sustains higher performance for longer, and protects the module from mechanical damage.

Thermally conductive silicone on its underside couples it to the CPU, the wireless module and the power management chip. It remains in production until at least January 2036.
