Product information
Portenta X8 is an industrial-grade system on module with Linux preloaded, running device-independent software in containers. It combines an NXP i.MX 8M Mini (four Cortex-A53 cores up to 1.8GHz plus a Cortex-M4) with an STM32H747 dual-core microcontroller: nine cores in a compact module.
Linux handles high-performance processing while the Arduino environment runs real-time tasks, and on-board Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy allow secure over-the-air updates.
